When do I need a rewire?
There is no set time or guideline as to when a property should be rewired - just because it's old doesn't mean it's unsafe! - but we are happy to come and inspect this for you if you have any doubts.
I am a landlord, how often should I have an inspection done on my property?
You need to get an EICR done every 5 years, however you would need one in between every new tenant if they have been there longer than 6 months.
